Join us for an informative video presentation recorded at ALA's 2017 national conference.  During this session, we will build the checklist of critical tasks that are essential for well-managed financial reporting. Attendees will learn what makes a solid foundation for financial reporting and how periodic checks and reviews lead to better and more timely decision making.

Objectives:

  • Describe how to build a financial reporting checklist for your firm.
  • Summarize three ways to maintain control and oversight without being in the details.
  • Review comparative financial analysis for your firm.

 

Audience: Intermediate; this session assumes that participants have a working knowledge of Law firm financial management and reporting practices.

This session is not eligible for CLM Application or  CLM Recertification credit.

  • HRCI: This activity has been approved for 1 HR (General) recertification credit hour toward California, GPHR, PHRi, SPHRi, PHR and SPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
  • SHRM: Learning format: E-Learning (Self-Paced) This program has been pre-approved for SHRM for 1 PDC for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
  • California MCLE: 1 hour participatory MCLE credit
