Join seasoned administrators for a discussion about what information can be shared, to whom, and under what circumstances. Scenarios we encounter on a daily basis will be discussed along with the best practical ways to handle them and the confidential nature of the information shared.

Questions such as:

         When is it OK to tell the Managing Partner?

         When is it OK to advise the HR Director, if you have one?

         When is it OK to discuss with others in confidence?

And another important question:  If you can’t talk about it, what CAN you say?
