Join Lillian Tsai and guest speaker, Alisa Blum, for the 4th presentation of our 5-part series on diversity.

Microaggressions and Age: Ageism, or discrimination based on age, is an extraordinarily complex and overlooked issue in our society.  This form of microaggression continues to present as biases are often covert, subtle in nature and/or hidden in our language.  Despite its subtlety, age-related stereotypes are damaging and have a negative effect on all age groups.

Attend this presentation to learn how microaggressions affect both older and younger generations and what we can say/do when it happens to us.
