When you're faced with a tough decision, do you know how to best approach it with a smart process? In this presentation, you'll learn hands-on tools to improve and support decision making, and you can apply those techniques to one of your own decisions. Steps along the way include establishing a helpful problem scope; clarifying your criteria; using creativity techniques to come up with more and better solutions, and evaluating options.
