Oregon Association of Legal Administrators welcomes new Board President Donna Moser, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

I am honored to be the incoming President for the Oregon Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators.  When I accepted this position, I was excited about the opportunity to work with a strong Board who wanted to create new ways to provide education for our members and support the law firms in our community.

Just as I was getting settled in, the pandemic hit.  Law firms had to quickly switch gears and set up a remote workforce within a short period of time.  I’m happy to say, our law firm leaders stepped up to the challenge and “made it happen”.  We have shared information and insight with each other to help our legal community become a remote workforce while still meeting our clients’ needs.  As leaders, we have learned how to respond and react quickly without a rulebook.

The Oregon ALA Chapter’s primary mission is to support law firm leaders by providing ongoing education and a large network of relationships and connections to our business partners in our community. With the financial support from our business partners, support and engagement from our members, we will continue to educate, build a network of colleagues and mentor one another.

Oregon ALA offers something for all its members. If you manage or work in the legal field and need help with HR, operations, or financial management, ALA is here to help you be successful.  If you have any questions, please contact me or any board member.

Stay safe,

Donna Moser

Oregon ALA President
